COLLECTION
You are very welcome to collect your artwork from my studio in Rempstone, Purbeck, Dorset. For online purchases, I will be in touch to arrange a convenient time for you to collect. For larger artworks, please ensure you have adequate space in your vehicle.

SHIPPING
I ship my paintings worldwide via international courier. International shipping to buyers based outside the UK (including the EU) may incur additional customs fees and import taxes upon arrival. Unfortunately, these charges are out of my control and it is the responsibility of the customer to pay any such fees.

Situations may vary from one country to another. I therefore recommend enquiring within your own country about potential delays or additional fees you may be charged (when receiving goods from the UK) BEFORE to making a purchase.

DELIVERY TIMES
This will vary depending on your location.  The artwork will be shipped as soon as possible after payment has been confirmed.
Delivery time: UK up to 2 weeks Worldwide (including the EU) up to 3 weeks You will receive tracking information once your painting is received by the courier, who will keep you informed of when your painting will be delivered.

PACKING & INSURANCE
My paintings are securely packaged and insured in the event that any damages occur during delivery. Shipping costs and insurance cover are usually born by the purchaser unless otherwise agreed in advance. Once you have confirmed your address with me your delivery costs will be calculated based on your delivery location.

HANGING
Your order will arrive with a hanging cord across the back, ready to be hung.

FRAMES
My works are on box style deep edge canvas stretchers and the edge will be left bare or painted in a sympathetic hue and tone. Personally, I prefer the wall to be the surround of the artwork and paint right to the edge. Occasionally, a work may benefit from a frame especially if the intended wall is not sympathetic to an unframed work. My preference is for a slip insert style of frame to allow the work to breathe and float. If a frame is required I can offer advice and add this to the service.

SIGNED
Please note, all of my paintings are hand-signed. This is “Stephen Bishop” in pencil on the back of the canvas. Most paintings have an additional signature 'S.Bishop" in paint on the front. RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
For you piece of mind, returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery receipt. Full refunds will only be granted if the artwork is returned in its original condition. Please contact me asap on stephen@stephenbishop.co.uk if you wish to process a return. The shipping and insurance costs associated with returning an artwork are the responsibility of the purchaser. You should use a trackable shipping service and include shipping insurance.
