Shipping & Collection Terms To ensure your new artwork arrives safely, please review my UK logistics guidelines. For NON UK shipping please contact me and I will give you a fixed fee quote depending on artwork and your location.

Option 1: In-Person Collection (Recommended) Free collection is available for all artworks from Poole in Dorset. If you are a Dorset local or visiting the area, collecting your artwork in person is highly recommended.
Option 2: Insured Domestic Shipping Available ONLY for smaller artworks under 70 cm. Original oil paintings require delicate handling. For eligible pieces under 70 cm, I use premium, tracked, and signed-for courier services (such as DHL Express or Royal Mail Tracked) alongside heavy-duty, protective art packaging.
* Small Artworks (Up to 40 cm): Flat rate of £25.00
* Medium Artworks (41 cm up to 69 cm): Flat rate of £45.00
* Combined Shipping: If you buy multiple eligible pieces, I will happily combine postage where safe to do so.
Option 3: Large, Heavy & Panoramic Artworks (70 cm and Over) Strictly Collection Only or Specialist Fine Art Courier. Any artwork with any single dimension measuring 70 cm or over cannot be safely sent via standard postal networks due to courier size restrictions and transit risks.
* Buyer’s Responsibility: These larger works must be collected in person from Poole, or transported via a dedicated, door-to-door fine art courier.
* Courier Coordination: If you choose to use a specialist art courier, the arrangements and costs are the responsibility of the buyer. I can arrange this on your behalf in special circumstances. I am very happy to coordinate the handover directly with your courier.
Holiday & Storage Policy for Visitors * If you are holidaying in Dorset and cannot fit a large canvas into your vehicle, don't worry. I can safely store your paid artwork at no extra charge until you can return to Poole or arrange your own courier pickup.
